چکیده
Ni incorporation has been studied in a comprehensive range of Zn/Co-based magnetic oxides to elucidate it valence state and lattice incorporation. The resulting structural properties are detail. To the one end incorporated by in-diffusion as well reactive magnetron co-sputtering wurtzite ZnO where only Ni-diffused exhibits significant conductivity. This is complemented Co codoping leading. other end, ZnCo$_2$O$_4$ spinel co-doped with varying amounts Ni. In exclusively found on tetrahedral sites its formal 2+ oxidation deep donor. It behaves an anisotropic paramagnet limited solubility about 10\% found. Due smaller moment can induce partial uncompensation moments due antiferromagnetic coupling. be 3+ octahedral couples antiferromagnetically leading again otherwise ferrimagnetism at higher concentrations. Increasing even further leads phase separation cubic NiO exchange-biased composite oxide.

Pure and doped magnesium oxide nanoparticles were successfully synthesized employing a sol-gel process. The synthesized nanoparticles were characterized by thermal differential analysis, X-ray powder diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscope, energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, and vibrating sample magnetometer. X-ray diffraction patterns confirmed the crysta...
متن کاملStructure and Magnetic Properties of Oxide Nanoparticles of Fe-Co-Ni Synthesized by Co-Precipitation Method
Oxide nanoparticles of Fe-Co-Ni were prepared in six different compositions by co-precipitation method. The as-synthesized nanoparticles were characterized by X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), Field Emission Scanning Electron microscope (FESEM), Fourier Transform Infrared (FT-IR) and Vibrating Sample Magnetometer (VSM). It was found that the nanoparticles had mean crystalline size of 30-55 nm and spher...
